Three different states of an image
An original text-to-image result, an uploaded source and a public gallery item are not equivalent. Prompt-only creation uses a fictional adult. An uploaded source may involve copyright, identity and consent. Public display is an additional deliberate decision that should be reviewed separately.
Before an upload
- Confirm every depicted person is clearly an adult.
- Confirm you own or licensed the source material.
- Confirm each identifiable person consented to the exact transformation you intend to request.
- Check whether the target is allowed under the site’s moderation rules.
Keep the default private
Account results remain private unless an eligible generated asset is deliberately published. Upload-derived results are not eligible for the public gallery. A public URL elsewhere on the internet does not grant permission to reuse or transform a likeness.
Review public material
Before publishing, inspect age clarity, visual quality, misleading real-person resemblance and the prompt text. If the context could be mistaken for a real person or non-consensual content, keep it private and request moderation review.
